Roast Beef Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb. thick-sliced roast beef from the deli counter
  • 2 fresh butter croissants (sliced for sandwich use)
  • 2 tbsp. butter (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2-3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade
Instructions:

Brush cut sides of croissants with butter and place buttered-side down in frying pan on medium-low heat till toasted, or brown croissants in a regular toaster. Combine Asian Marinade, pineapple, and honey in small microwave safe bowl – heat on medium for 15 seconds at a time (stirring in between) until warm. Adjust honey to taste. Remove from microwave and set aside. Place roast beef in medium microwave safe bowl; add a bit of water or beef broth. Cover loosely with a paper towel and microwave for about 30-60 seconds, until warm. Assemble sandwiches and enjoy!
