Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Wings
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds prepared wings (wing tips removed; 2 remaining sections separated)
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-1/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Sauce
Garnish:
- 12-15 3-inch long celery sticks
- 1 to 1-1/2 cups blue cheese dip
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 475°F. Oil rack of a broiler pan; arrange the wings, skin side up on broiler pan and bake them for 25 minutes. Remove wings from oven; brush with the Fischer & Wieser Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Sauce. Return wings to oven and broil them about 4 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until they are crisp. Serve on warm platter with celery sticks and blue cheese dip if desired. Serves 4.
