Prosciutto Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- 15+/- pitted dates, split
- ¼ cup Mascarpone cheese (very similar to cream cheese)
- ¼ cup fresh blue cheese
- Prosciutto, about ¼ – ½ pound
- 2-3 tablespoon Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil or Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
Instructions
- Mix the cheeses well
- Stuff dates with cheese mix
- Wrap date with ½ slice of Prosciutto
- Add Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil or Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil to skillet heated to medium-low
- Roll stuffed dates till crisp and heated
