Roast Beef with Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 sandwich buns, sliced lengthwise
- 8 ounces roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 4 large leaves Romaine or Bibb lettuce
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Set oven to broil (500 degrees F.) Place sandwich buns on baking sheet, open. Spread inside surfaces with Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce. Layer roast beef, black olives, green onions and cheese on buns; broil until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes. Add Romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serves 4.
