Roasted Garlic Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
- ¼ lime wedge squeezed
- 2 tablespoons Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover.
- Let flavors blend in fridge for 2 or more hours.
