Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Pinwheels

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and water.

Unfold the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured work surface. Lightly brush with a small about of the egg mixture. Spread the It’s Real Good Stuff Roasted Red Pepper Pesto over the top of the puff pastry. Starting at the short side that’s closest to you, roll the puff pastry as you would a jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place the slices cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the egg mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.

Serve immediately.
