Salmon and Shrimp Diablo

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Season shrimps and salmon with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. In a heavy pan, add Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil and pan sear salmon pieces in high heat, once seared on all sides remove then set aside.
  3. Do the same thing with shrimps, sear in high heat and once seared on both sides remove then set aside.
  4. Using the same pan, still in high heat add Catch a Fire Cajun Garlic, onions and tomatoes, stir until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add wine and brandy to deglaze.
  6. Mix in Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt and tomato paste then bring to a boil.
  7. Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and seared shrimps. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the salmon pieces, mix gently then season it with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
