Gator Hammock Lethal Gator Hot Sauce is the hottest Gator Hammock product to date. The Gator Hammock folks in Felda, Florida started with the base of their original Gator Hammock Gator Sauce and added a healthy dose of habanero and scotch bonnet peppers. This bottle of Gator does have a pretty hefty snapping bite both in flavor and in heat. By the way, never mess with gator’s, especially when they’re in heat.

Speaking of gator’s in heat, ever hear that bellowing sound that male gators make when they’re looking for a girlfriend? Well, this sauce is hot enough to induce the uninitiated or less tolerant chiliheads to make a very similar sound. It can be quite amusing actually, I mean if you’re into watching people sweat from pepper induced heat. Not that I am or anything. What? You’ve been to our Peppers of Key West tasting bar? Oh, okay I do kind of like that.
