See Dick Burn Hot Sauce is one of those really good sauces that hides behind a funny name. I mean that in a good way. At first glance, it may seem like a novelty, but after you taste it you’ll realize it’s serious sauce. All the names of the sauces in this quaint collection are inspired by the traditional reading primers of the 30’s and 40’s, but with a twist that uniquely and effectively describes the effects of peppers. We’re not sure why the ladies all seem to love this one, but See Dick Burn is a very popular Louisiana-style hot sauce made with cayenne and punched up with pepper extract. Drizzle this over your hot wings, but use sparingly or you might end up with a burning- well, you know.

At Peppers of Key West, we get a very diverse crowd of people coming through our doors on a daily basis. Many are seasoned chili heads, wise to the ways of the pepper. Others, however, have never really been exposed to hot sauces. When they see the bottles in this line, they all get the biggest kick out of it- until they taste it and realize that Seeing Dick Burn can be painful.
