See Jane On Fire Hot Sauce – Burn Jane Burn is the sister sauce of See Dick Burn Hot Sauce and is equally as hot. All the names of the sauces in this quaint collection are inspired by the traditional reading primers of the 30’s and 40’s, but with a twist that uniquely and effectively describes the effects of peppers. See Jane On Fire is a traditional Louisiana-style hot sauce with a cayenne base, only punched up with pepper extract. Drizzle this over your hot wings, if you dare, or your friend’s hot wings, if you wanna see them on fire too.

At Peppers of Key West, we get a very diverse crowd of people coming through our doors on a daily basis. Many are seasoned chili heads, wise to the ways of the pepper. Others, however, have never really been exposed to hot sauces. When they see the bottles in this line, they all get the biggest kick out of it- until they taste it and realize that Burning Jane can be a painfull experience.
