Lethal Ingestion Hot Sauce is a great sauce and comes in a great bottle. It’s made to look like the type of bottle an injection is drawn from and believe you me, I would not want this injected into me. This is a truly hot sauce that borders just on the south side of extreme, making it a very hot, hot sauce. The makers claim this is the worlds hottest hot sauce without pepper extract. Although we can’t confirm that (it’s really tough to discern the heat at this level and there are so many great non extract sauces), it doesn’t really matter since it’s still a great sauce and packs a serious punch.
