Product Description
Bone Suckin’ Habañero Sauce is made from the powder of one of the hottest peppers in the world…the Habañero and then carefully blended with the Hot Bone Suckin’ Sauce to get the perfect balance of flavor and heat. When the Habañero catches up to the flavor and it could take your breath away. Also called “Bone Suckin’ Habañero Sauce” It’s so breathtakingly hot you may hiccup! It only takes one drop on a chip to taste. Tasters are pleased to discover this sauce. Yogurt and milk products can help stop the heat and rescue the taster. Some people lose their breath and hiccup when they eat hot foods. Mr. John Quinn, the bottler, hiccuped for a week! Spice up wings, soups and all foods.
Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce is a hot version of the original Bone Suckin BBQ Sauce but swapped to a hot sauce and is one heck of a lip-smackin, head-shakin Hot sauce. Winner of numerous awards including an “A+” from Health Magazine, first place winner in the Battle of the Sauces. Honey and molasses sweeten the pot with mustard, horseradish, and apple cider vinegar for kick. There’s just bit of natural hickory smoke flavor thrown in for the perfect accompaniment to any chicken or pork dish. There’s even a recipe for ribs on the label, so you can experience for yourself just how bone-suckin good this sauce really is.
As you might suspect, we at Peppers of Key West love ribs and BBQ in general. We carry quite a few amazing BBQ sauces and this is one of them. What we love about Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce is that we can get the best of two worlds we love- it’s an amazingly tasty sweet hot sauce sauce and it’s got quite a nice bit of heat. Believe it or not, it’s actually quite difficult to create a hot and spicy BBQ sauce that still tastes like a BBQ sauce. As the amount of pepper ingredients rises, the underlying BBQ sauce flavors tend to fade out. Of course, one could just add pepper extract to create a blazing hot BBQ sauce, but there’s a lot to be said about the craftsmanship of doing it with whole food ingredients. Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce does just that and they do it like very few people can.
