Don’t Piss Me Off Pecker Sauce:  Catch a Fire’s Don’t Piss Me Off Pecker Sauce is a must-have for pepper sauce lovers of all stripes, or feathers! Pairing the sweetness of mango nectar and the tanginess of ginger with a hint of red wine and (of course!) habanero peppers, this sauce can be added to anything from melted chocolate to marinara sauces. It’s great on tacos, meats, veggies and even salads! Just be forwarned that the woodpecker on the label isn’t messin’ around- his gun is definitely set to stun!

I’m a die-hard chili head. For the uninitiated, that basically means I’m addicted to hot pepper sauce, and like my chili head brethren, I can tolerate a lot of pain. Green Lava:  Look out! Catch a Fire’s Green Lava hot sauce is overflowing with flavor! Made with spicy jalepenos, chunky avocados, cilantro, and orange and lime juices, this hot sauce is equal parts spicy, rich, and AWESOME! It packs a mild, yet delicious, burn into every mouthwatering bite.  I love Mexican food and it takes me about a half an hour to mix up some quick tacos, rice and beans, and ta-da, instant party! Green Lava takes my cooking to extraordinary levels. Your guests will think you slaved for hours!  And let’s not forget that other Key West staple: margaritas!
