Pain 100% Hot Sauce is a dichotomy of hot sauce philosophy. That’s because they say the higher the percentage of pain, the less flavor is involved. Then, the argument is that chiliheads find more flavor in the heat. Maybe even that the heat is the flavor. We’re not sure about all that, but the flavor receivers in our hot sauce receptacles tell us this is both a great tasting and exceptionally hot hot sauce. We rate this one as a 7 out of 10 on our heat level rating scale, so it is in the extreme category and earns its place there.

Pain 100% Hot Sauce is one of those sauces we will use when we really want to turn up the heat. The fact is that we have tasted some of the hottest hot sauces in the world and it’s fun to do that once in a while, but we’re not eating hot sauce on a daily basis just to feel the pain. We want to enjoy it and the food we eat it with. Pain 100% is really hot. Really, really hot.
