Rather than mangos they use raspberries and pineapples in this concoction. With the traditional scotch bonnet peppers, and raspberries and pineapple replacing the mango, you get a spicy sauce that will satisfy your sweet and hot teeth. To round out the flavor of the sweet and heat, they include ginger and balsamic vinegar as ingredients that give this hot sauce an earthy undertone that lends very well to chicken and pork as well as for creating a different take on most sweeter Asian dishes.
