Blair’s 3 AM Reserve Hot Sauce is part of Blair’s a.m. collection and number two as far as increasing heat. That said, let’s be honest, at this level of heat it doesn’t really matter anymore. This stuff is so hot that we require a waiver to buy it. No, not kidding.

Each bottle in the Blair’s a.m. collection is hand numbered and signed by Blair himself. They also each have a wax dipped seal to make sure you get one last chance to back off before actually trying to consume this stuff. I don’t know too many people who have actually attempted to consume Blair’s 3 a.m., but the ones I do know (and have personally witnessed) have a reaction that is like no other. I can tell you that when I was a Marine, I witnessed people exposed to tear gas in a training environment. The reaction to Blair’s 3 a.m. is worse that that! Now, that’s hot.

This certainly fits well there as you will find out if you dare. If the idea of having a product of this heat level excites you, then maybe it’s enough to just have it in your collection.
