Smokehouse Bacon Burgers
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1-1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Smokehouse Bacon & Chipotle Grilling Sauce
- Additional Fischer & Wieser Smokehouse Bacon & Chipotle Grilling Sauce for basting
Instructions:
Preheat gas char grill to medium heat. In a large bowl combine the ground chuck, black pepper, dehydrated onion and 1/4 cup of Fischer & Wieser Smokehouse Bacon & Chipotle Grilling Sauce. Using your hands, blend the mixture well, distributing ingredients thoroughly. Separate the meat mixture into 8 equal portions of 6 ounces each; pat meat into firm burgers. Place burgers on preheated grill and cook, basting with additional Fischer & Wieser Smokehouse Bacon & Chipotle Grilling Sauce each time you turn them, for about 8 minutes per side. To serve, assemble burgers with your favorite condiments. Serves 8
