Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup it’s.Real.Good.Stuff Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 1 Naan Bread
- 4 oz shaved Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese (can substitute with other shaved parmesan cheese)
- 1 small tomato, sliced thin
- 2-3 sliced rounds of Red Onion
- 1 tsp. coarsely chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 tsp. coarsely chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2. Spread the it’s.Real.Good.Stuff Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto on the Naan Bread.
- 3. Place the tomatoes and rings of red onion on top and finish with the Grana Padano Parmesan cheese.
- 4. Place in the oven until cheese melts about 7-10 minutes.
- 5. Pull out of the oven and sprinkle fresh chopped basil and Italian parsley over the top.
- 6. Serve immediately.
