Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup it’s.Real.Good.Stuff  Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto
  • 1 Naan Bread
  • 4 oz shaved Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese (can substitute with other shaved parmesan cheese)
  • 1 small tomato, sliced thin
  • 2-3 sliced rounds of Red Onion
  • 1 tsp. coarsely chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 tsp. coarsely chopped Fresh Italian Parsley

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2. Spread the it’s.Real.Good.Stuff  Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto on the Naan Bread.
  • 3. Place the tomatoes and rings of red onion on top and finish with the Grana Padano Parmesan cheese.
  • 4. Place in the oven until cheese melts about 7-10 minutes.
  • 5. Pull out of the oven and sprinkle fresh chopped basil and Italian parsley over the top.
  • 6. Serve immediately.
