Spicy Barbecued Fish
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
- 1 Lemon, finely grated zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Catch a Fire Cajun Seasoning
- 8 Firm White Fish Fillets
Instructions:
- Mix together ¼ cup Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil, lemon juice and parsley. Set aside.
- Place remaining oil, lemon zest and Catch a Fire Cajun Seasoning in a shallow bowl. Add fish and turn to coat.
- Preheat a barbecue or char grill on medium. Cook fish for 3-4 mins each side, or until flesh is white and flakes easily. Serve drizzled with parsley dressing.
