Spicy Bourbon Chicken
Ingredients
1 cup chicken breasts, cut in bite sizes
3-4 Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic cloves crushed
‘ tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp Psycho Soy
Ghost Pepper Flakes
salt
black pepper
light brown sugar
1 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Melinda’s Jalapeno Ketchup, Habanero Ketchup, or Jolokia Ketchup, depending on heat level
Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
water (if required)
Directions to make bourbon chicken recipe:
1. Heat Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil in a pan and cook chicken pieces till they become golden brown. Put the pieces in a plate.
2. Now add Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic, ginger, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, and Melinda’s Jalapeno Ketchup, Habanero Ketchup, or Jolokia Ketchup. Mix well and then add cider vinegar, Ghost Pepper Flakes, Psycho Soy and saute well.
3. After cooking for 1 minute, add chicken pieces and mix well. If you want to increase the gravy consistency, add little water and bring it to boil till it thickens. After boiling, put it off flame. Serve it hot with boiled rice or noodles.
