Spicy Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pkg egg noodles – cooked
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cooked chicken – cubed, [or (1) 10 oz can chicken – drained]
- 1/2 cup frozen peas or corn
- 1/2 a jar (4 oz.) Texas Sweet & Hot Jalapenos
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken and cut into cubes. Cook egg noodles and drain. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a 9” x 13” casserole dish and bake spicy chicken noodle casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. .
