Spicy Mustard Lime Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup Sweet Fire Ale Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dave’s Jalapeno Powder
- ½ tsp Scorpion Chili Pepper Sea Salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, cilantro, Sweet Fire Ale Mustard, Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, Dave’s Jalapeno Powder, Scorpion Chili Pepper Sea Salt and pepper in a food processor
- Pulse until ingredients are well combined
- Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in an

- Heat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center
