SPICY SAUSAGE POSOLE

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the sausage in a large pot with the Palo Alto Firefighters Hot Pepper Sauce or Palo Alto XXg. Drain well.
  2. Return to pot and add tomatoes, water, and hominy. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add cilantro just before serving. Top with sour cream and tortilla chips!
