Ingredients:

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad™ classic salad mix
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 pound raw, tail-on shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Chili Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Suddenly Salad™ according to pacakge directions.
  2. Dice the avocado and cucumber.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, and cook it just until pink. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha Hot Chili Hot Sauce.
  5. To assemble the pasta salad, spoon the shrimp over the cooked Suddenly Salad™ pasta. Mix in the avocado and cucumber. Drizzle the spicy mayonnaise atop.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
