Spicy Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 clove Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- ¾ cup mayo
- ¼ cup Sriracha Hot Chili Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Il Primo Giardiniera Italian Extra Hot Marinated Pepper Mix
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Add the Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic and onion to a food processor and process to form a paste.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Push the sauce through a sieve to smooth it out even more.
- Use right away, or set into a bowl and refrigerate overnight until ready to use. Should keep 2 days.
