Spicy Watermelon
INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Chef J’s Cuban Spice Rub – Chipotle
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Dave’s Ancho Powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1⁄2 lime, juiced
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Chef J’s Cuban Spice Rub – Chipotle, Dave’s Ancho Powder, and Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt together in a bowl.
- Place watermelon into serving bowls; sprinkle with spice mixture. Squeeze lime juice over spiced watermelon.
