  1. Mix Chef J’s Cuban Spice Rub – Chipotle, Dave’s Ancho Powder, and Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt together in a bowl.
  2. Place watermelon into serving bowls; sprinkle with spice mixture. Squeeze lime juice over spiced watermelon.
