Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce – Original or XX Habanero
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomato
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
Instructions:
In soup pot, brown meat and onion. Drain grease. Add all the ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce and simmer 45 min.
