Sundried Tomato Pesto & Arugula Tartine
Ingredients
- 1 jar of it’s.Real.Good.Stuff Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 4 oz Arugula, washed and dried (about 1/2 bag)
- 2-3 oz shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbs. Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- 1 Sourdough Baguette (or French baguette)
Directions
- 1. Slice baguette 1/2″ thick on the diagonal.
- 2. Place the arugula in a bowl and lightly drizzle with 1 tbs of Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil.
- 3. Toss the green so that they are lightly coated with Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil. (If the arugula still needs more Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, add a touch more) Be careful not over saturate the greens.
- 4. Top each slice of baguette with it’s.Real.Good.Stuff Spiced Sundried Tomato Pesto, then some of the dressed Arugula and garnish with the shaved Parmesan Cheese.
- 5. Serve immediately.
