Sweet Asian Chicken Stir Fry with Bok Choy
Ingredients:
- 2 whole chicken breasts cut into thin slices
- 3 Tblsp. Canola oil
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1 baby bok choy chopped in large pieces
- ¾ cup of Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade
- 2 tblsp. Black sesame seeds
Brown the chicken in canola oil, remove from pan and set aside. Add veggies to pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and heat through. Add Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade and stir for about 3 minutes. Serve over rice!
This dish is not only healthy but quick and easy to make.
