Sweet Potato Pumpkin Puree
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 bottle El Chipotle Pumpkin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender with a fork. Drain water and mash sweet potatoes with masher or potato ricer. Add butter, cream, Chipotle Pumpkin sauce and salt. Stir until butter is melted and ingredients are thoroughly blended. Serves 8
