Tabanero Nacho Mound

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of nacho chips
  • 2 cups shredded hot pepper jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded salsa jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded traditional Sonoma jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 oz. Tabanero Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • [Meat] Choose between: 3/4 lb. cooked ground beef, 2-3 grilled chicken breast depending on size, 1 1/2 cup cooked shredded pork, or 10-14 oz. piece of grilled flat steak.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put half nachos on ovenproof platter and sprinkle with half of each cheese followed by a portion of the remaining ingredients. (Make sure that meat is cooked before putting on nachos.)

3. Add dashes of Tabanero Hot Sauce to the layer and evenly coat layer with a generous amount.

4. Top with remaining chips and toppings, add another layer of Tabanero Hot Sauce, ending with the remaining cheese.
