Thanksgiving Leftover Pizza
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 cup Texas Sweet & Hot Cranberry Relish
- 3/4 cup stuffing
- 1/2 cup turkey gravy
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Press pizza dough into rectangle on greased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside.
- Melt butter over medium heat in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes or until garlic is softened. Add mashed potatoes and milk; stir to combine. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; stir to combine. Spread potato mixture over hot, partially baked pizza crust.
- Layer turkey, Texas Sweet & Hot Cranberry Relish and stuffing over potato mixture. Drizzle with gravy; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted.
