West Indies-Style Grilled Brats
Ingredients:
- 4 bratwursts, butterflied
- 4 large sausage buns, toasted
- 1/4 cup Spice Exchange Scotch Bonnet West Indies-Style Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Instructions:
Grill the brats over medium heat until done. Place on the buns, slather with the Spice Exchange Scotch Bonnet West Indies-Style Hot Sauce, and top with the onions.
