Looking for a shamelessly hot sauce – try our house brand Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce. This all natural and gluten free sauce is made from diced tomatoes, onions, and a healthy dose of garlic. Powered by the Carolina Reaper Pepper, this is an extremely hot sauce with an intense and instantaneous burn. As of 2016, the reaper is the hottest pepper in the world, on average 450 times hotter than a Jalapeno. Please consume this hot sauce very carefully because it is really, really, really hot.
This “thing” called the Carolina Reaper (AKA HP22B) is better described as the demon pepper child that was invented by man. There is absolutely nothing ordinary about the Carolina Reaper pepper. The “Reaper” was developed specifically for heat and that it is. Oddly enough this pepper has excellent flavor as well. Normally killer hot peppers have chemical nuances as if you can actually taste the capsaicin. The Carolina Reaper has a sweet and fruity flavor and then the heat rolls in like a runaway freight train.
